DO I NEED TO TERMINATE MY HR STAFF?

No. Co-Employment through TIA Group means liberation rather than termination for your HR staff. We will remove transactional and compliance burdens from your HR staff. This will allow HR to focus on the core HR components that will allow your company to operate more efficiently and profitably.

WHY WOULD EMPLOYEES WANT TO BE PART OF A CO-EMPLOYMENT ARRANGEMENT?

As a co-employer, we represent a larger pool of employees, and we can lower employment costs, thereby providing better benefits and job satisfaction.

AM I FIRING MY EMPLOYEES SO THAT YOU CAN LEASE THEM BACK TO ME?

No. When your company contracts with TIA Group in a Co-Employment plan, all employees become shared employees of your company and TIA Group. No one is “leased.”

AM I STILL IN CHARGE OF MY STAFF?

Absolutely. TIA Group assumes many of the routine HR functions, but employees still report to you and your managers. You direct their daily activities, mentor their development and oversee their performance reviews.

WE SEEM TO BE HANDLING OUR HR FUNCTIONS ADEQUATELY—WHY DO WE NEED A PEO?
