Cynthia Botello is the Benefits Client Experience Team Leader for the Life & Health Department at TIA Group.
With over 15 years of experience in both the public and private sectors of the Insurance industry and Human Resources, her areas of expertise include: employee benefits, team building, professional development, strategic planning and implementation , and excellent customer service.
She started in the insurance industry with the fifth largest independent insurance brokerage in the nation and has served on several advisory boards, both in the for-profit and non-profit sectors. Her devotion to work and passion for insurance comes from knowing that she has the ability to protect people and their family members by providing quality insurance solutions. Prior to joining TIA Group, she was an HR Director for a school district; overseeing their employee benefits, workers’ compensation, leave, and wellness programs.
Cynthia graduated from the University of the Incarnate Word with a Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management. She also holds an active license as a General Lines Agent in Life and Health.
Outside of the office, Cynthia enjoys spending time with her two children, family, and their dogs. She also loves traveling to new places around the country and hopes to travel abroad soon.
