Lindsay Bauch joined TIA Group in 2012 after spending many years working on the Carrier side of the employee benefits business. Lindsay is Vice-President of TIA and leads our Employee Benefits Division.
She is responsible for the oversight and strategic direction of the operations, sales and marketing efforts for TIA Group’s employee benefits clients and prospects. Lindsay brings over 15+ years of employee benefits experience to the company and takes pride in delivering customized benefit strategies that achieve our clients financial goals while attracting and retaining talent through proper implementation and management of their benefits programs.
She specializes in carrier negotiations, compliance and the use of technology in insurance and employee benefits. Prior to joining TIA Group, Lindsay spent 6 years as an Account Executive for a Fortune 100 insurance carrier, handling over 350 commercial client renewals annually.
Lindsay earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Insurance from The University of Texas at San Antonio. She also holds an active Life & Health Agent License and NAHU Self Funded Certification.
In her spare time, Lindsay enjoys keeping up with her favorite sports teams, spending time with her dogs, and enjoying life with her husband and their two children.
