Lucas joined TIA in 2024 as an Employee Benefits Account Executive and his area of expertise is bringing employee benefit plan solutions to employers by assisting them in plan design, carrier marketing strategies, and HR compliance solutions. One of his main goals to be able to create long lasting relationships with our clients by providing exceptional service to them.
Prior to joining TIA, Lucas spent 3 years as an inbound sales Rep, starting relationships with new business clients for one of the largest Tech companies in San Antonio.
Lucas grew up in San Antonio and following graduation from Churchill High School he attended and graduated from The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) with a degree in Communications. Lucas is married to his wife, Lauryn, and they have 1 dog named Aspen. In his free time, Lucas loves to play golf, watch his favorite sports teams play (Cowboys, Spurs, and Astros), and hang out with his family.
